Seasons of Lokoya
Four mountains through the lens of four seasons.
2025 marks thirty years since the founding of Lokoya. To celebrate this milestone, we are unveiling our new Seasons of Lokoya dinner series— an in-depth celebration of the four mountains that are core to our four wines: Howell Mountain, Spring Mountain, Diamond Mountain, and Mount Veeder. One night per season, we will explore one Cabernet Sauvignon with an intimate gathering of collectors.
SPRING
Springtime in Napa Valley is cumulous clouds in a washed-clean blue sky. Compact wild irises pulling the eye to the ground. Unruly California roses defending minimalism with five pink petals. Mountaintop views punctuated by hot air balloons. Birds bringing songs that have been missing for months as they feast along routes determined over thousands of years. The impossible becoming possible-from bud break to flowering to miniature green grape clusters. Soft soil warming up, not yet dusty, under leather vineyard boots.
Our Spring evening will center on the Lokoya Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon. Large-format and library bottles, hand-selected by winemaker Christopher Carpenter, will be paired with a multicourse culinary journey featuring a seasonal menu by Natalie Niksa, Founder and Executive Chef of La Saison.
